Hayk Galstyan started HGC Financial Services with a simple belief: every business deserves the same level of financial attention, regardless of size.
With 15+ years in corporate finance, M&A, and FP&A, Hayk has sat on every side of the table — as an advisor closing 50+ transactions, as an operator helping raise a $250M+ credit facility and navigate a major company sale, and as a finance leader at KKR-backed BOND and AeroVentures Holdings.
He cut his teeth at PwC serving clients like AIG and Toyota Motors, then spent years in the trenches of mid-market dealmaking before stepping into senior finance roles in private aviation.
Hayk holds an M.B.A. in Finance from UCLA Anderson and is an active California CPA. When he’s not deep in a financial model, he’s helping HGC clients turn complexity into clarity.
