Hayk Galstyan, Founder
Hayk Galstyan is the founder of HGC Consulting with more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, cash flow forecasting, and M&A financial diligence, helping clients navigate through complex financial issues and transactions.
Prior to founding HGC Consulting, he was a corporate finance and strategy professional at a Global Private Aviation company where he was a key member, helping raise over $250M credit facility from Top 2 financial institutions, partnering with cross-functional leaders to align the operations management with the overall corporate strategy of the business and co-leading end-to-end sale of the Company.
Prior to Jet Edge, Hayk spent almost 6.5 years serving as an advisor to mid-market companies. His clients comprised the full gamut of private equity investors, independent sponsors, strategic advisors, and lenders. His areas of knowledge include strategic advisory, quality of earnings (QoE) analysis, identifying revenue sources and profitability drivers, examining operating cost structure, investigating business models, including cash flow and financial projections, reviewing quality and realization of assets and liabilities, identifying working capital requirements, post-close working capital verification and adjustments mechanism.
